first level of

Professional diving

Do you want to take the first step to a career in scuba diving? Your adventure in the professional levels of scuba diving begins with the PADI Divemaster program.

Our Divemaster internship program at IDC BALI ASIA is the right choice for you. During your work with the dive crew on board the many daily dive trips, you will be side by side with REAL divemasters working at a PADI (Professional Association of Dive Instructors) 5 Star IDC Dive Resort. Having this working relationship will enable you to gain experience only found with us in Bali !

What you will learn in class

By working closely with a PADI Instructor, in this program you will expand your knowledge of diving theory and improve your skills on a professional level. The PADI Divemaster Course develops your coaching skills, qualifying you to supervise dive activities and assist instructors working with student divers.

So, you will improve your diving techniques and practice endurance and training exercises that expand your problem-solving and organization skills, as well as your ability to help others improve their diving techniques. You use this knowledge during a structured internship or a series of practical training exercises.

As you progress through the Divemaster course, you will increase your self-confidence. Then, once PADI Divemaster, you use these qualities to lead, advise and motivate other divers and experience the pleasure of seeing them transform through the wonders of the aquatic world.

The PADI Divemaster Certificate is a prerequisite to attend the PADI Assistant Instructor and PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor courses.

WHAT YOU CAN TEACH

The PADI Divemaster course teaches you to be a leader and take charge of dive activities. Through knowledge development sessions, waterskills exercises and workshops, and hands-on practical assessment, you develop the skills to organize and direct a variety of scuba diving activities.
